America250 Mississippi Commission?s premier celebration event is United in Song. On June 20, 2026, Mississippians will come together at the Mississippi Coliseum in Jackson for United in Song: A Mississippi America250 Celebration?a powerful musical tribute to America?s 250th birthday. Featuring a state-wide volunteer choir, a live orchestra, children?s choir, and special guests, this event will showcase Mississippi?s talent and pride. With original arrangements by Grammy and Dove Award?winning composer David T. Clydesdale, United in Song will unite communities in a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of music, freedom, and faith. United in Song is a free event to Mississippians and visitors thanks to our generous presenting sponsor BDO and other sponsors.
