Parking is available in the garage at 4th Avenue and Adams Street (Adams Street Garage). The garage typically opens at 6pm Monday-Friday and is open earlier on weekends. Spaces are available to purchase online and through the box office. Note: Not applicable for shows during weekdays before 6pm.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

Bags up to 12in x 6in x 12in are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. NO BACKPACKS ALLOWED. For a detailed list of prohibited items, please visit our website.

☎️Box office

The box office is typically open from 5pm-9pm on SHOW DAYS ONLY. For morning or afternoon shows, the box office opens 90 minutes before show time. The box office can be reached at (602) 379-2800.

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the box office, located in front of the building on the corner of 4th Ave. and Washington St. For will call pickup, please have the following available: 1) Picture ID that matches the pickup name 2) Confirmation number that matches the customer account

All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Cash to card conversion is available at the upgrade podium.
