Getting there & parking
The Civic Center parkade is conveniently located north of the Arvest Business Center on 3rd Street, between Houston and Denver, and is connected to the Convention Center through a covered walkway. Parking is currently $5-$8 per car, per day. The parkade is owned and operated by American Parking and has 1,395 spaces. There are 10,000 parking spots within a short 10-minute walk!

Accessibility Information: Arvest Convention Center strives to create a great experience for all guests. Arvest Business Convention Center under guidance and direction from the Americans with Disabilities Act has fully accessible restrooms, drinking fountains, counters, and more to assist guests with disabilities. Accessible Tickets/Seating and Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating. Tickets can be purchased at the Osage Casino Box Office during box office hours or through ticketmaster.com. Accessible Parking: Patrons with disabilities may park in designated spots located in the Civic Center Parkade. The parkade is located directly north of the Arvest Business Convention Center and has a covered walkway connecting the two structures. Sign Interpreters: The Arvest Business Convention Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests that need assistance. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event. Seating will be reserved for the patron and one companion. For details, please call the Arvest Business Convention Center office at 918-894-4350. Wheelchair Assistance: Arvest Business Convention Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Guest Services attendants will be on site to assist. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.
Entry & venue rules
Arvest Convention Center strives to create a great experience for all guests. We now offer a Comfort Room on the second level outside of LEGACY Hall. The Comfort Room is open to all guests that attend events at CBCC.
Box office
Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evening, weekend and holiday hours vary according to event schedules.
Tickets are available via telephone at 1-877-TULSA-CC.
The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
