🅿️Getting there & parking

At Benaroya Hall: The 430-car underground parking garage provides direct access from the enclosed parking area into Benaroya Hall via stairs and elevators leading to the Boeing Company Gallery. Cars enter the garage from 2nd Avenue, just south of Union Street. Event parking rates are $24. There are several parking garages adjacent to Benaroya Hall; rates and hours vary widely.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

Everyone must have a ticket to enter. The use of cameras or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Please turn off beepers and alarms prior to the performance. Benaroya Hall is a smoke-free building. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises. For the security of our patrons, all bags are subject to search; bags larger than 8 inches by 11 binches by 4 inches should be checked at the complimentary coat check adjacent to the box office.

👪Children & age policy

Everyone must have a ticket to enter. Children 5 years of age and older are welcome at all symphony performances. Children of all ages are welcome at Tiny Tots and Family Concerts. Please check age restrictions for your event before purchase.

Seattle Symphony Ticket Office: by phone at (206) 215-4747. Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 1:pm-6pm

Located at Seattle Symphony Box Office on the corner of 3rd Avenue and Union Street. Tickets held at will call can be picked up on the day of the performance at the box office beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to showtime. The customer must present a valid form of identification, the actual credit card, and the confirmation number.
