🅿️Getting there & parking

Several parking lots and on-street metered spaces are located within walking distance of the Bijou Theatre. The closest parking is a pay lot, Republic Parking, next to the venue on Cumberland. The State Street, Market Square, Dwight Kessel, and Locust Street garages are free after 6 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.

♿Accessibility

The Bijou Theatre has ADA seating in the lower level only. The venue does not have an elevator to the balcony level. For more information, please call the Bijou Theatre at 865-522-0832.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

Weapons of any kind, including pocketknives; outside food and beverages; smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes; illegal substances; professional or flash photography, tripods, selfie-sticks; backpacks, bags, oversized purses, etc. are prohibited at the venue. Clear bags are not required. For the safety and security of all patrons, all persons and items entering the Bijou Theatre are subject to search. The Bijou Theatre reserves the right to prohibit any item, including items not listed above, from entering the premises based on any particular show request or requirement. A variety of beverages and snacks are sold at concessions and are allowed in the auditorium. We are a cashless venue.

👪Children & age policy

For most events, children aged 2 and up will require a ticket. Children under age 2 that will not be occupying a seat do not need to purchase a ticket. Most events held at the Bijou Theatre are appropriate for all ages. If an age requirement is required, it will be noted on the event description. Contact our box office for more information.

Bijou Theatre doors typically open one hour prior to showtime and tickets can be purchased at Will Call. Advance tickets can be purchased from the Tennessee Theatre Box Office during business hours

Will Call can be picked up inside the Bijou Theatre lobby the day of the performance typically one hour prior to the performance. Please have photo ID ready for ticket retrieval.
