🅿️Getting there & parking

General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, we have three different paid parking options for your level of comfort! Reserve Parking, located in Lot A is the closest to the lot entrance and exit, allowing an easy parking experience. VIP Parking, also in Lot A, allows fans quick access to the venue! Fans purchasing Premier Parking will be directed to Lots C-E, still allowing a quick entry and exit from the venue. For fans who arrive in buses, limos, party vans or any vehicle that takes up more than one space, an Oversized Vehicle Pass is required. Parking pass sales end 14 days prior to show day online and physical hangtags will be mailed out to patrons at that time. Hangtags can be delivered within these 10 days leading up to the show day. *All parking pass sales are non-refundable and non-transferrable*

♿Accessibility

ADA is available online to purchase by selecting Filters and toggling the Accessibility icon on. ADA is based on first come first serve when purchasing. A wheelchair and companion seats need to be selected to complete a transaction.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

PERMITTED - Items marked with (*) may have restrictions on specific shows. 1. Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or small clutch bags (4.5" x 6.5") - These do not need to be clear. 2. *Camera Policy: Small non-professional personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video, and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Cameras must fit in a pocket, small clutch bag. The use of audio video recording is strictly prohibited. *Blanket 5. *Factory sealed or empty plastic bottle of water up to 20oz will be the only beverage permitted into the venue. Empty bottles must have cap removed upon entry. One per person. 6. *Umbrellas that do not exceed 36” in diameter (no large golf style umbrellas), please be courteous of those around you. 7. Poncho/raincoats 8. *Small binoculars 9. Non-aerosol suntan lotions or bug repellent 10. Smoking is permitted with the exception of the pavilion, please be courteous of those around you. 11. *Food in a clear 1 gallon ziploc bag. One per person. 12. 20oz Factory sealed bottle of water NOT PERMITTED *Weapons, Alcohol, Illegal drugs/substances, Glass containers, Hard/Soft sided/large coolers, Laser pointers, Animals (except service animals), Fireworks, GoPros, Selfie Sticks, iPads or tablets, Video cameras, Drones, Large signs, posters or flags, In-Line skates, skateboards, bicycles or action sports equipment, Wagons or large non-collapsible stroller, Boot Spurs, Aerosol cans, Wallet chains and Carabiners, Bags that are not clear or are larger than 12" x 6" x 12". 👪Children & age policy

Ages 2 and under are permitted access to the lawn only. All ages are required to have a ticket in the pavilion.

Tickets may be picked up at Will Call (box office reservation window) two hours prior to show time. Customers must present a picture ID, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and confirmation number. PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
