Getting there & parking
Public parking is available at nearby lots, and limited metered street parking is available on surrounding streets. For more information, please visit www.stlc.com/location/. Limited onsite parking is available at Meridian Hall (next door to the St. Lawrence Centre) for patrons with Accessible Needs, and must be arranged in advanced by calling 416-733-9388 ext. 6900.
Accessibility
There are several Accessible Seating options available depending on your needs. Please contact the TO Live Box Office at 416-366-7723, option #3 or 1-800-708-6754, option #3 to discuss your options and to book Accessible Seats. Hearing assistance devices are available for the Bluma Appel Theatre only through our Patrons Services team on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be reserved in advance.

No smoking is permitted in the building.
Children & age policy
All patrons including babies-in-arms require a ticket of admission. If a child has not yet celebrated their first birthday, a "babes-in-arms" ticket may be obtained, free of charge, at the box office as of 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult , and if children are being noisy and disrupting the performance the child and guardian may be asked to step out into the lobby. Please note that individual performances may have additional age restrictions, warnings, or other arrangements than those outlined here, so please see the event page for full details.
Box office
Daytime box office hours are Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm. On performance days, the box office opens 2 hour prior to the first scheduled curtain time, and stays open until 30 minutes after curtain time.

In advance of shows, tickets can be picked up during daytime hours at any TO Live box office (Meridian Arts Centre, Meridian Hall, St. Lawrence Center for the Arts). On show days, tickets will be available for pickup from 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Please arrive early to avoid congestion and delays, and be prepared to present the actual credit card used for purchase and photo ID.
