The Buckhead Theatre does not currently own or operate any parking lots. Paid parking lots and parking decks are located within a short walking distance of the theatre. ♿Accessibility

o Yes. For shows with a general admission floor, we have a designated area for patrons with special needs and one companion. A specific ticket is not required to access this area. For reserved seated shows, guests with ADA needs can purchase tickets online or at the box office. The designated seats will show online with the ADA symbol.

👪Children & age policy

o Most of our events are all ages; however, some shows may be restricted to certain ages. Please check "More Info" on the particular event for any age restrictions specific to the event. All patrons over the age of 3 require a ticket.

☎️Box office

Our box office is only open on show days beginning at noon.

Will call can be picked up from the box office window by the front entrance starting at noon on the day of show. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name on the account. Please note that will call for artist guest list is not typically available until doors open or later.

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and VISA cards (debit or credit). Must have an ID that matches the name on the card. We cannot accept cash at this time.
