Free Public parking is available on site. Accessible parking is also available.

Accessible Seating: The Arena is fully accessible. All accessible seating is available through your local Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or Ticket Centre. Wheelchair patrons may also go directly to the Centre Box Office to purchase their tickets. Wheelchair seats are located beside Gallery Seating. Hearing Devices: None

👪Children & age policy

For most events, children under 2 years of age do not require a ticket if seated on a lap. Children over this age do require a ticket. Please Note: This policy may be different depending on the event. Check event specifics for details

Hockey: The Box Office opens 2 hours prior to game time and stays open until beginning of 2nd period. Other Events: The Box Office opens 2 hours prior to event time. Closing time will depend on the event.
