Chase Field Parking Garage - 4th St. north of Buchanan. Civic Plaza East Garage-7th St. And Washington. Arizona Center Garage -5th St. and Fillmore. Jefferson St. Garage-3rd St. and Jefferson Mortgage Matchup Center Garage-1st St. between Jefferson and Jackson.
Accessibility
Accessible Seats are reserved for individuals with accessible needs. A minimum of one and a maximum of three(3) adjacent companion seats may be purchase for each wheelchair accessible seat. Additional seats, up to the advertised limit, will try to be found in close proximity. Only 1 companion is guaranteed to be in the same section as the guest, depending on availability.

Chase Field has a CLEAR BAG policy. Approved bags include Clear Bags (Plastic, vinyl or PVC) with no obscured interior pockets. Cannot exceed 12in x 6in x 12in Plastic Storage Bag (Re-sealable, clear) 1 Gallon. Small Clutch Bags/Wallets No larger than 6.5in x 4.5in Approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap. All small clutch bags/wallets within your clear tote bag MUST FIT the approved dimensions above (6.5in x 4.5in). Seat cushions without pockets, zippers or concealable areas. Cannot exceed 18in wide. Clothing and blankets are permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag

Main Box Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-3:00 and extended hours on event days. The Main Ticket Office is located on the Southwest corner of ballpark on 4th St. and Jackson.
