For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do not bring in the following items: strollers, large backpacks, alcohol, cans, bottles, weapons of any kind, pets. Due to most artist requests, no professional recording devices are allowed. The Fox Theater is a non-smoking facility.

👪Children & age policy

All patrons are required to have a ticket, regardless of age. Children under four years of age are discouraged except for events specifically geared towards children.

The box office is located on the 19th Street side of the venue. Event box office opens 90 minutes prior to each show at the Fox Theater. Please be sure to bring photo ID, the credit card that was used at time of ticket purchase, and the Ticketmaster order number as any or all of these may be required for ticket pick up. The box office is open on the night of the show only

Will call is located at the box office on the 19th Street side of the venue. The Will Call window opens 90 minutes prior to each show at the Fox Theater box office.
