Parking is available in the Harbor Park lot for $6. (Parking rates may vary depending on the event.) Pre pay parking is available via Just Park.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

Clear bag policy. There is no smoking allowed at Harbor Park, except in the designated smoking area at the end of the concourse on the third base line (picnic area). This includes electronic cigarettes. Cameras and recorders are allowed but reproductions cannot be sold. Outdoor food and beverages are not permitted.

👪Children & age policy

Children ages 2+ are required to have a ticket for entry unless otherwise noted on the event page. Children ages 2-17 receive a discount. Strollers require a ticket if it takes the place or the area of a seat, otherwise they can be parked on the concourse.

The Harbor Park box office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For game day hours, contact the Norfolk Tides at 757.622.2222

Pick-up tickets starting one hour prior to the game. Customer must present the credit card used to place the order, a photo I.D. and the order number.

The box office accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. The venue have transitioned to cashless operations. If you don’t have a payment card, just stop by the lobby to exchange cash-to-card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
