The House of Blues is an "all general admission" venue. Patrons requesting accessible seating may purchase and use a regular general admission ticket. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to doors opening to be accommodated.

Children & age policy
All ages welcome (unless otherwise stated on the ticket). Everyone needs a ticket to enter. Ages 0-12 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Box office
Service Hours: The House of Blues Orlando Box Office is open Tuesday & Thursday from 12pm-7pm. On concert nights, Box Office opens at 2pm. On club nights, Box Office opens at 4pm. On show days, the Box Office will close when the main act takes the stage.
