No glass bottles, cans, or coolers No outside beverages, except one factory sealed water bottle Personal food items are permitted, as long as they are in a clear disposable plastic bag to display at the gate. Guests may also bring small personal (Tote-type) umbrellas, blankets and binoculars. Low-backed lawn chairs and non-professional cameras are generally permitted, subject to the rules of specific events.

April 1 - Oct. 31 - Mon-Fri 10am-5:30pm at the west box office (in the accessible parking lot) Nov. 2 - March 30 - Mon-Fri 10am-5pm at the admin office Open on show days from 10am (earlier for early shows) until approximately an hour before the end of the show. Open at the main box office (weather permitting) for at least 2 hours on the first day that a new concert goes on sale. Call (410) 715-5550 for further info.

The customer must have the confirmation # and a photo ID to pick up tickets. Ticketmaster will call may be picked up at any time the box office is open. Signs will be posted in almost all box office windows designating TicketMaster phone Will-Call.
