The Elgin/Slater and Albert entrances are always open. Automated payment stations are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. The clearance for the parking garage is 6'4. Visit https://nac-cna.ca/en/visit/parking for more information on parking

♿Accessibility

The National Arts Centre has accessible seating locations, with seating available for patrons using mobility assistive devices (for example, wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, or canes) and accompanied by support persons. Accessible seating is also available for patrons with visual impairments. For availability, please contact the NAC Box Office at 1.844.985.ARTS (2787). 👪Children & age policy

The NAC offers many family-friendly performances. All patrons, including children, must have a ticket to enter the venue. Children must be seated next to the accompanying adult.

When picking up tickets at the Box Office, you will be asked to provide photo ID and the credit card of purchase to receive your tickets. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to collect your tickets prior to the start of the performance. The Box Office is located on the Canal Foyer level.
