🅿️Getting there & parking

Parking near the theatre is limited. Give yourself extra time before your event to find parking. There is no parkade attached to the Orpheum, but there is parking in the neighbourhood, at meters, and public parking lots. Metropolitan Towers at 930 Seymour Street is one option (the elevator closes at 10:30pm) or an open-air parking lot at 848 Seymour Street accessed via Seymour.

♿Accessibility

Accessible seating is available on the Orchestra and Dress Circle levels, one companion seat adjacent may be booked. There is an elevator from at the Smithe Entrance Dress Circle and Balcony Levels. Hearing assist units are available at the Coat Check. Patrons wanting to use either a VCT headset or neck-loop and receiver (for T-Coil equipped personal hearing aids, or cochlear implants) should request these in advance by emailing [email protected] See Accessibliity Page: https://vancouvercivictheatres.com/accessibility/#accessibility

🎟️Entry & venue rules

👪Children & age policy

Vancouver Civic Theatres requires that all audience members, including children, must have a ticket. There are no exemptions to this policy regardless of the child's age. If you bring young children to a performance, please be respectful of other patrons by encouraging them to observe proper theatre etiquette such as sitting still and not talking during the performance. If children become restless during the performance, you may be asked to take them into the lobby. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by another patron 16 years of age or older.
