🅿️Getting there & parking

Valet / Self Parking is Free. Self parking is located in the East garage of Hugh Hefner Dr and the West garage off of either Flamingo or Arville Rd. Valet parking is available at the main entrance.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

No cameras, audio or video recording devices are allowed in the Pearl. Any such devices may be subject to confiscation. At 5pm, day of show, tickets will no longer be sold online. Please contact or visit the Box Office to purchase tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase. If tickets are lost or stolen, you should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and tickets will be not be reissued unless ownership of a seat location can be verified. Reissue of a lost ticket is not guaranteed. If the ticket purchase can be confirmed, the box office will reissue the ticket to the original purchase for which we will charge a service fee of $5.00 per order.

👪Children & age policy

Children age 5 and under are not permitted in The Pearl. Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the theater.

Will Call tickets may be picked up any time between the purchase up until two hours before the event. *Only the cardholder with ID and credit card used can pick up Will Call tickets.
