🅿️Getting there & parking

The University of New Mexico owns and controls most of the parking lots surrounding Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park. Fans are charged $7.00 to park in the surrounding UNM lots. Vehicles with four or more people are allowed to park in the Stadium East Lot for free. Vehicles displaying a disabled permit or placard are allowed to park for free at the UNM East Lot. There is a limited number of disabled parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis in Lots A and C. If Lots A or C are full, overflow disabled parking is also available at the Stadium West Lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

♿Accessibility

Accessible seating is reserved for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. Isotopes Park is committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are based on availability. Isotopes Park is fully accessible. Guests may enter Isotopes Park at any of the entry gates. Ramps are provided at all entries, and there are elevators that will take patrons to the Club or Suite Level if they choose those seats. 🎟️Entry & venue rules

To help ensure everyone's safety, Isotopes Park has a no reentry policy. Guests who wish to exit and reenter the facility for personal emergencies should be directed to the Guest Services Booth. Reentry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Albuquerque Isotopes and are strictly limited to emergencies only. Isotopes Park is a non smoking facility. No outside food and beverage is allowed (with the exception of sealed bottles of water). The Isotopes do not allow laser pointers, noisemakers, fireworks, weapons or any other item that may be considered dangerous or may interfere with enjoyment of the game for another fan. Gates will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the game unless otherwise noted. Please check www.abqisotopes.com or call (505) 924 2255 (BALL) for updated gate times. Isotopes tickets are the property of the Albuquerque Isotopes and may not be sold or distributed on property grounds. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. Isotopes management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed. Please note that the protective netting has been extended to cover Sections 101 through 123 and 102 through 124. RGCU Field at Isotopes Park is a clear bag only facility. Each fan may carry one bag of any size that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC. No purses or other bags will be permitted in the ballpark. For guests with medical or childcare needs such as diapers, wipes, formula, bottles or breast pumps, those items must be brought in a medical or diaper bag and those bags are subject to search upon entry into the stadium. Only childcare or medical items may be carried inside of these bags, all other personal items must be carried in an approved clear bag. Seating Policy Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. Guests may be asked to show their ticket stub if there is confusion over a specific seat.

Will Call tickets may be picked up from any open Isotopes Park Box Office window. For your protection, Will Call tickets are only released to the individual whose name appears on the order, Ticketmaster account, or Will Call envelope. A valid photo ID, as well as the credit card used to make the purchase, is required to pick up tickets. The Isotopes will allow you to drop off tickets for another individual by providing the full name of the recipient, as well as your name and contact information. The Isotopes are not responsible for any tickets left by anyone outside of the Isotopes organization. Will Call tickets may be picked up any time after the order has been processed.
