🅿️Getting there & parking

Pay parking is conveniently located at various lots surrounding our facility. Accessible parking can be found directly in front of the Main Entrance in Lot 4 (accessible parking stalls are limited and subject to availability). Please remember that your stall or lot number is required to pay. Pay stations located outside are credit card only. ♿Accessibility

A limited number of accessible seating is available for all events at the Rogers Forum in specific locations depending on the event and location of the stage. Accessible seating is now available for purchase through Ticketmaster.ca. Accessible seating can also be purchased by contacting the Box Office at 604-743-5065, or in person on the day of the event (subject to availability). It is recommended that accessible seating be purchased in advance of the event. Guests who need accessible seating, but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability based on availability. All guests entering our venue, including those acting as a support person for patrons with a disability are required to hold a valid ticket. Tickets are subject to standard event pricing. One adjacent companion seat may be purchased.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

Prohibited items include but are not limited to: outside food or drink, carry bags or backpacks, bottles or cans, containers, illegal substances, incendiary devices, weapons of any type, strollers, banner sticks or flag poles, artificial noise making devices, laser pointers, helium balloons, audio or video recorders, pets other than service animals, professional cameras, or items the contents of which cannot be inspected or displayed. The Rogers Forum is a smoke free venue. There is a no re-entry policy for the Rogers Forum. All exits are final.

👪Children & age policy

Venue Policy is children under 24 months of age can access Rogers Forum without a ticket as long as they are able to sit on the ticket holders lap and do not obstruct the view or comfort of other Rogers Forum guests. Please note that some shows especially those intended for children may have a different ticket policy that requires children 24 months and under to have a ticket. To confirm the policy based on event, please call 6047435000. Booster seats are not available.

The Box Office at Rogers Forum is only open on event days 2 hours prior to the event time.

For Box Office inquiries, please call 604-743-5000 or 604-743-5065 Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

The Rogers Forum is a digital ticketing venue; however, will call tickets are available under special circumstances, which can be arranged with the box office directly. In those cases, tickets may be picked up from the Rogers Forum Box Office by the original purchaser with valid photo ID. If the original purchaser is not picking up tickets at will call, please call the box office at least 2 days prior to the event at 604-743-5000 or 604-743-5065 with the name of the person picking up tickets.

Cash, Debit, Mastercard, Visa and American Express are the only accepted methods of payment
