Getting there & parking
Park in the Evan V. Jones Concourse Parkade, located adjacent to the Civic Theatre. Advance parking passes available for most events at time of ticket purchase. Public Parking is also available throughout the area for various rates.
Accessibility
Accessible, Wheelchair & Companion seating available in Orchestra, Dress Circle & Mezzanine levels. Swing-out arm aisle Transfer seats available in Orchestra level for mobility impaired patrons. Assisted Listening Devices available in Lobby for each performance on first-come, first-serve basis. Select performances may offer ASL or Audio-described services.
Entry & venue rules
No cameras, video or audio recording. Please be considerate to other patrons & refrain from cell phone use during shows. Late seating only at appropriate break. No outside food or beverages allowed
Children & age policy
All ages must have their own ticket in same section as parent / adult. Please be considerate & use discretion when bringing young children to any theatre event.
