Items not allowed: NO Video cameras or Audio recorders; NO Weapons; NO Outside food, cans, or bottles; NO iPads Smoking Policy: Smoking is ONLY allowed on the North and East smoking balcony NO SMOKING is allowed in the seating areas !! Lost/Stolen Tickets: There is NO replacement for LOST tickets. Stolen ticket replacement requests MUST be accompanied by a police report

👪Children & age policy

There is no age limit for events at the Arena. Children UNDER 2 years old are admitted free without occupying a seat. This may vary on some events.

☎️Box office

For NON-Pelicans or NON-Saints events, the Caesars Superdome Box Office at Gate A on the Ground level is open every Friday from 9am - 4:30pm for any events at the Superdome, Smoothie King Center or Champions Square. On the day of an event (NON Saints or Pelicans), the box office at the venue having the event will open by noon and remain open through the main act going on stage.

Location: Box Office (Girod Street) Ground Level How Soon: 2 hours prior to showtime. New Orleans Pelicans: 90 mins prior to tip-off. The customer must present actual credit card, picture ID, and confirmation number.
