👪Children & age policy

Varies per event: Most family/children's shows - Children under 1 do not need a ticket. This means if the child has NOT yet reached their 1st birthday they do NOT need a ticket, and must sit on the adult's lap. Most concerts - Children under 2 do not need a ticket and can sit on the adult's lap. Refer customer to (217)333-5000 if unsure.

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the West entrance of the facility at the Main Box Office. A picture ID is required to pick up tickets held at the box office. Have order number, if requested.

Master Card, Visa, Discover, Cash, Checks. No checks accepted less than 14 days prior to event & NO out of state checks will be accepted.
