🅿️Getting there & parking

Underground parking is free on weekdays after 6 pm and on weekends. The parking lot entrance is on the West side of the facility, on Living Arts Drive between Prince of Wales Drive and Princess Royal Drive. Clearly marked accessible parking spaces are located next to the elevators on levels P1 and P2.

♿Accessibility

All performance halls are equipped with accessible seating. All accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster or the Ticket Office. Accessible seats are in Sections: Main Level Left and Right. Should you require an assisted listening device, please contact Event Services prior to attending the event. Hearing Assistance Devices (Assisted Listening Devices) are available free of charge, although a credit card number or photo identification will be required as a deposit. 🎟️Entry & venue rules

We encourage all patrons to arrive early at the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the entry process. We suggest you leave any valuable and unnecessary items at home. Food, Drink & Alcohol concessions are located throughout the venue. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue. Due to health and safety, all guests must always wear a shirt and shoes. All guests are subject to inspection. Venue management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. 👪Children & age policy

Complimentary tickets are available for infants (ages 0-12 months). Children over this age do require a ticket. This policy may differ depending on the event, please check the event specifically for details or contact the Ticket Office for more information.

The Ticket Office is located on the main level inside the Atrium beside the Info Desk. It is open Monday to Friday, from 11 am to 4pm and two (2) hours prior to event start time.
