Getting there & parking
Public parking is available on the West side of Bay Street or in Jackson Square Mall underground lot. Please note that there is no special accessible parking available.
Accessibility
Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the last rows of section 109, 110, 112, 113 & 114. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible.
Entry & venue rules
No outside food or beverages permitted in the building. No smoking in the building. No video cameras.
Children & age policy
Unless otherwise noted, Children under 2 years of age are free but must sit on a guardian's lap. Children's "Booster" seats are NOT available. All persons entering TD Coliseum must be 14 years of age or older or otherwise accompanied by a companion 16 years of age or older.
Box office
The Box Office is open 3 hours prior to the start of an event, located on the corner of Bay Street & York Blvd. It is open 2 hours prior to an event on Day of Show for will call and sales for that day's performance only. We are a paperless venue and tickets will be sent via text.
WILL CALL OPENS: 2 hours prior to event time. DOORS OPEN: 1 hour prior to event time (Varies by Event)
