Getting there & parking
Free parking is available for most night and weekend performances at the State Street garage located behind the theater, as well as the nearby Locust Street and Market Square garages. Additional parking lots and on-street parking are located nearby. For performances during regular business hours, parking is available in all of these areas for a fee. Parking fees vary from lot to lot. Please allow ample time to park.
Accessibility
The venue has ADA seating in various locations. Please call venue Box Office for these. Venue has Elevators, and ADA Facilities, ADA Parking, ADA ramps and Entrance. For more info call 865-684-1200 ext. 2.
Entry & venue rules
Cameras, camera phones, audio, video and digital recorders, paging devices, and cell phones may not be permitted in the theatres based on the artists' policies. Guests using prohibited items may be ejected without refund.
Children & age policy
All attendees, regardless of age, are required to hold a ticket. This applies to children who may sit on an adult's lap for the majority or entirety of a performance. For question, please contact the Box Office.
