Parking is available for most TD Place Arena events. Pricing will vary based on the events. Please reach out to the box office for more details.

♿Accessibility

To purchase accessible seating, please email the Td Place Box Office at [email protected] and a ticketing representative will contact you within the two business days.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

All tickets are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. Our venue has gone cashless, we will only accept debit, credit, and gift cards on site. We require all guests (12 years and older) and event staff of indoor and outdoor ticketed events to be fully vaccinated, which requires that 14 days have passed since your final dose.

👪Children & age policy

For our regular sporting events, children 2 years of age and under may enter without a ticket but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Please note: Some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please see the specific event page or contact the ticket office at [email protected].

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Event/Game Days, the Box Office opens 2 hours prior to the start of the events.
