🅿️Getting there & parking

We have two Ritz official, venue-owned parking lots with accessible parking spots. Both lots are $15 to park on show day and can be paid with a credit card, Apple pay, Google pay, tap-to-pay, or cash. Purchase these tickets in advance for a discount! Premier Parking is available to all shows and gets you closest to the venue. We have two options: Front row parking and Gold Reserve parking. Buy in advance as these sell out quickly! CAUTION: Additional parking not designated on the map below IS NOT Ritz-owned, managed, controlled, or maintained and therefore we have no control over your car being towed, ticketed, inaccessible, locked-out or otherwise.

👪Children & age policy

Our venue is all ages, unless otherwise noted on a show. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket.

The box office at The Ritz is open on event days starting two hours before doors open. The Box Office can be reached at (919) 424-1400, press 1.

Will Call tickets are available for pickup at the box office. Bring a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order! Tickets can only be retrieved by the named guest on the list. Guests are not able to leave tickets at Will Call for others to pick up. If tickets or passes are left for you, they are only available at the box office. These items usually arrive close to door time, so please plan accordingly.

All points of sale will only accept credit or debit via card or mobile pay. This is a cashless venue
