🅿️Getting there & parking

There is plenty of free parking in the Auditorium Parking Lot adjacent to the venue. Parking is NOT permitted on Paul Shaffer Drive during shows and events.

♿Accessibility

Accessible Seating is available in designated areas on the main floor of the Audience Chamber. Assistive Listening Devices are available, and main floor restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

🎟️Entry & venue rules

Video cameras, cameras with professional telephoto or zoom lenses, monopods, tripods, and audio recording devices are NOT permitted. All news media must be accredited by the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium at least three days prior to the event.

👪Children & age policy

All children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. Some events may have their own specific rules regarding children's ticketing. These policies will be posted on TBCA website prior to the event going on-sale.

Tuesdays 12:00pm to 4:30pm Wednesdays 12:00pm to 4:30pm Holidays excepted Show Days only three hours prior to the show. All other advanced tickets must be purchased online at www.tbca.com or at www.ticketmaster.ca
