Ting Pavilion
Visiting Ting Pavilion
Getting there & parking
Due to our urban location, we do not provide parking on site. However, there are several options within a few blocks of the venue that we can recommend: β’ Market Street Garage - 550 E Market Street β’ Water Street Garage - 200 East Water Street β’ Surface lots serviced by Parkmobile o 3 lots at Water Street and 1st Street (Zones 96301, 96303, 2788) o 1 lot at Market Street between 1st and 2nd Streets (Zone 96302)
Accessibility
Absolutely, Ting Pavilion is accessible to handicapped patrons. Our entire venue is ADA accessible, and we have a ramp from the concession level down to the seating area. Our staff will always be glad to assist if you need any assistance. Whenever we have a Reserved Seated show, we will offer handicap and companion seating in each price level. To order them, select ADA on the Ticketmaster site or call 434-245-4924 for help with any questions.
Children & age policy
Unless otherwise posted, Ting Pavilion is all ages. We do however request that children under 13 be accompanied by an adult. Children 3 and under are not required to have a ticket to Ting Pavilion shows as long as their parents have a general admission ticket. If the parents have a reserved seat ticket, then all accompanying children must also have their own ticketed seat. We strongly encourage close supervision and ear protection for our youngest show attendees.
Box office
On show days, you can buy tickets at the Box Office at the gate of the Ting Pavilion for all shows currently on sale. Tickets can also be purchased in person from the Jefferson Theater box office on any night when there is a show at that venue (open two hours prior to show time). Please note that the Jefferson cannot take cash for Ting Pavilion box office sales.
Please present your valid photo ID at the box office for picking up tickets.
