Please note that any interpreter needs must be requested no later than three weeks prior to the event date. Accommodations will be provided on a first come, first serve basis and are dependent on availability.

All events are all ages unless otherwise noted. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket regardless of age. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Please note there are NO refunds or exchanges unless an event is cancelled or postponed. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the building. Bag Policy: All bags will be thoroughly searched for prohibited items upon entry to our venue. No backpacks or bags larger than 12 X 6 X 12 are allowed inside our venue. However, guests can bring in a bag up to 12 X 6 X 12 in size. These bags DO NOT need to be clear, although clear bags are appreciated. For faster entry, we suggest arriving with either no bag or the smallest lightly packed bag that can accommodate your needs. All patrons older than 2 need a ticket. Some events may have age restrictions in place so please check our website or call the venue directly for specific show information.

2 Hours before doors on Show/Event Days

Will call tickets can only be picked up at the venue Box Office on the night of the event. Acceptable forms of identification include: a valid passport, a valid U.S. driver's license or military identification card with a date of birth and a photo, or an official U.S. state issued identification card. Please note that will call tickets will not be distributed prior to the day of the event.
